We are not responsible for any technical difficulties you may experience as a result of using these software and hardware.

MattZero may require you to register in order to use the free Services and/or require you to register before using any free portion of the Service.

11. General Provisions 

These Terms of Use (together with any specific terms and conditions for specific services, including the Membership Proposal and Services Agreement) contain the entire agreement between us relating to the Services and Your use of the Websites and supersede all prior agreements between us in relation to them.

This Privacy Policy explains how your information and data will be collected, used, shared and stored by MattZero applications. 

This privacy policy was prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 12,965 of April 23, 2014 (Marco Civil da Internet), with Law No. 13,709 of August 14, 2018 (Personal Data Protection Law) and with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (General European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data – GDPR) and may be updated as a result of any regulatory update, which is why the user is invited to periodically consult this section.

3. Right to erasure. This right allows you to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. All data collected will be deleted from our servers when you so request or when it is no longer necessary or relevant to provide you with our services, unless there is any other reason for its maintenance, such as a possible legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve it to protect the rights of the application. To change your personal information or delete it from our database, simply send an email to the person in charge of personal data Bruno Ferreira, at the email address governanca@mattzero.com.br or access the Privacy Center of this site. 
4. Right to object to processing. You also have the right to object to where and in what context we are processing your personal data for different purposes. In certain situations, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your data which override your rights, for example if it is essential for the provision of our applications.

Right to request anonymization, blocking or deletion. This right allows you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the accuracy of the data; (b) where you need us to keep the data even if we no longer need it, as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (c) if you have objected to our use of your data but in this case we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it. 
6. Right to portability. We will provide to you, or to third parties you have chosen, your personal data in a structured and interoperable format.

MattZero will respond to all legitimate requests within 15 (fifteen) business days in accordance with the deadlines indicated by the General Data Protection Law – LGPD.  

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION 

Information will be shared securely to preserve your privacy.  

It is important to inform you that MattZero includes your information/content as company assets and that in the event that the company is sold, acquired or merged with another company, you expressly authorize such sharing through this Privacy Policy. 

MattZero warns that if requested by a court, it reserves the right to provide your data and information about you in accordance with national laws. 

5. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF INFORMATION 

Your personal data will be automatically deleted byMattZerowhen they are no longer useful for the purposes for which they were provided and are no longer necessary to comply with any legal obligation.

 MattZero reserves the right to change this Policy whenever necessary to ensure the security of the personal data collected and processed.

If relevant changes to a new privacy policy are made, we will inform you for your knowledge and consent.

8. APPLICABLE LAW 

The Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Court of the District of São Paulo is elected as the competent court to resolve any issues that may arise from this document, with express waiver of any other court, however privileged it may be.
